Did some research. On "andoid tool" I read the flash info of the firmware and turns out the manufacturer is Samsung... Since my nand chip is ICmax, I think I found the issue... Not sure how will I find a firmware for my ICmax chip...

Sorry did not see the first post.
The Nand Chip Manufacturer has no matter.
          They change it often.
It is like using an Hard Drive.
          Different Manufacturer different speed.
          That's all.

I would like to update the situation.

After some exchange of electronic correspondence with Gearbest, I was awarded some "ilarant" solutions. An example:

Please try the following method to figure it out:
              1. Try another HDMI cable to see if it can work.
              2. Press the power on button for 50 second and then turn it on.
              3. Try another adapter to check if it can work.
              4. Please kindly confirm the interface are in good condition, there may be oxidized and try to scrape it with the little blade.
Fortunately, not all Gearbest employees are incompetent, and after giving some information about my box, namely, the "item code" indicated on the outer package, I was redirected to this link.

Regrettably, none of the firmwares in that repository worked. In the end, Gearbest regretted what happened and recognized that, unfortunately, the product cannot be fixed. I must admit this is a shock to me. I'm not convinced.

Anyway, Gearbest offered me a full refund of the price, which was very positive of them.
