Red LED: Power Light. Should be GPIO, Might be tied to main 3.3v power?
Blue LED: System Light. Should be GPIO
Yellow LED: Ethernet Activity Light, Direct to Ethernet IC
During normal use, The Red and Blue led are always. The blue led does blink during updating, and both have transistors going to the SOC board, so there must be a way to toggle them from linux/android.
The Green led is only on if an Ethernet cable is plugged into an active device on the other end. The Yellow Led is the Activity light for the Ethernet (But dim on mine), and will blink with activity. Unless the ethernet driver has a method for user access, they cannot be turned on otherwise. So you need a router or something else for those two lights, and run a cable. And you can't really use wifi and ethernet at the same time. So...
You can do what I did. Use a rj45 loopback adapter. Or make your own. Pin 1 to Pin 3, Pin 2 to Pin 6. The cables on mine don't stick out past the connector. Both green and yellow lights are now on all the time. Occasional blinking on Yellow. Looks nicer under my tv with all of them on

Question, does anyone know how to access the gpio for the LEDs?
