Pipo M7 pro - shuts off when unplugged and wont connect to computer

    Hello.

I just got the Pipo M7 pro.

I have 3 issues with it:

    1) Whenever I disconnect it from the power cable, the tablet shuts down. Then I need to turn it back and can work with it fine with a full battery (so it is not a charging issue most likely). Does anyone know why it does that and how can I fix it?

    2) I connected the USB cable to the tablet and to my laptop to load some files on it but my computer doesn't recognize the tablet. What can I do to be able to load files to the tablet from the laptop?

    3) I don't have the Pipo Launcher installed but still I'm getting error messages that the Launcher was unable to work. In many video reviews I saw that the Pipo tablets have two systems that I can choose to use, the Android one and the Pipo one. Can anyone tell me how come I didn't get the Pipo menu?

Please know that I'm so new to tablets and Androids, so I might not understand technical terms, and I need really basic and simple explanations.

I will appreciate any assistance you can give me.
    Thank you.

First of all...which ROM are you using?

    1. Try doing a hard shutdown by holding the power button for 10 seconds....sometimes that will reset battery stats.

    2. Make sure you have USB debugging turned off in developer settings.

    3. Again...which ROM are you running? It took me a while to figure out a fix for that, but I don't know if I added it to the M7 Pro yet.

      Hello.

      I have Kernel version 3.0.36 +
      Released Nov 2nd.

      Does it answer your question?

And now the pipo doesnt work when I unplug it. It shuts off and only when I plug it back I cab turn it back on.

BTY, I was able to connect to the computer, so that is OK now.

Yes...but are you running stock firmware...or a custom ROM?

If you are still running stock...I would contact the vendor because it sounds like a hardware problem.
