oke Molle i flashed your kernel with the stock speeds, both my television and android tell me its at 1080p 60Htz mode, however, xbmc is still in 720p mode?

Hmm, yes. XBMC is not overlay-aware but output is still 1080p regardless.

Exactly. XBMC reports the resolution of the overlay, which is used to draw the GUI, instead of the true framebuffer one.

Wait.... if your using a 1080P kernel but your leaving the standard build.prop directives for overlay and lcd resolution, it can report only 720P. Antutu does this.

However I would think XBMC would report 1080 if you modded the overlay and lcd resolution in build.prop.

Turn off overlay:
video.use.overlay=0

Set lcd to larger icons:
ro.sf.lcd_density=240

Now if that does not work I would be curious if you went to true 1080P thus showing smaller icons, etc and see what XBMC reports.
ro.sf.lcd_density=160
