5.1 audio output?

I had read that people were working on it and possibly close to getting it working


Does the mk908ii support 5.1 audio output over hdmi?

If not will it ever?

It's OK, 5.1 works. I used HDMI passthrough in android settings with MX Player (without H/W+ and S/W enabled).
I think XBMC can choose the player so I will use MX even there.

You have to use Jellybean based roms, KK roms will not work until there is newer firmware released.

I manage to have passtrought (for real: DTS, Dolby on my home theater) with hardware guru for minix. First unpack .img with rk29xx..... then I use finless 1.8 parameter and kernel to flash. Android 4.2

Does this have an auto hiding Navigation bar for xbmc? I need xbmc to automatically hide the systemui.apk

Yes i have auto hide systembar in settings and it is working with all app.
