I don't know if anyone has this going on i have downloaded pictures of tattoos I've done, wallpapers, different images,after awhile i go back into file manager and theres duplicate pics of certain ones dont know how any clue?

Some picture apps will make "thumb nails" of the original picture. It's possible that is what your seeing?
