Help me fix Mini Android PC (Dual Core RK3066 Mini Android)

I have an android stick TV (Dual Core RK3066 Mini Android): Now it has a problem. There is only a letter " R BOX " and nothing more when it is connected to TV . I want to fix it by reset factory or update firmware but I can't do it because It doesn't run in to main screen. I looking for in our forum. Some android stick can be reset by press Reset button on case. But mine doesn't have Reset button the same. Help me plz, thanks alot.

You have to find out manufacture of your device and flash their firmware or a compatible firmware with the same wifi chip(RK903, Realtek or Mediatek). About reset button, don't know?
