PiPo m7 pro heavy games crashing?

After many hassles (http://www.freaktab.com/showthread.p...fi%29&p=132864) I have get used to my new Pipo m7 pro (wifi). All other problems were just things that had to be cleared out for me. But one thing is still remaining. Heavy games crash with this tablet after playing like 1 to 5 minutes. Some games just close, some crash whole tablet.

Minecraft PE and Monster Blade have done this: I hear a bugged sound, picture gets doubled and distorted, after 5 seconds tablet shuts down (I need to press power to turn on). Minecraft and Monster Blade are heavy games. Monster Blade created more heat being probably heavier to run, but lasted at least 5 minutes. Tablet was not hot in any case.

A random space shooter I don't remember (because it was bad anyway) crashed "normally", just instantly closing, no lags before crash. Also Riptide GP 2 crashed after playing for about 5 minutes. Changing graphics quality didn't change anything.

I'm using stock rom. Have others had similar experiences? Is this software or hardware problem?

I don't know what to do, because:

-Other m7pros probably are able to run heavy games, but mine not. Why? Is my tablet faulty? Still this seems more like software problem.

-I bought this from finland where I live, and I will be able to return if this is faulty. But if I root and put custom rom and it doesn't still work (games crash), my warranty is voided if I can't reset it perfectly.

-If I root and games work, then it would be great. But I can't be sure...

No need for a separate rooting procedure as the custom ROMs are already rooted and you can always return to stock if you need to.

Sent from my m6pro running Riley ROM 1.7 KitKat

I exchanged my m7pro and it works, no crashed etc.

It also came with an arctab kitkat rom preinstalled, not sure how that affects, but still think the first one was defected. So if you can't get apps working stable on your tablet it's probably a hardware error!
