    Freelander PD800 - Shuts Down

    hello to all

I have purchased this tablet but finding various problems.
The tablet turns off frequently, and for no reason. It crashes and shuts down.
    Sometimes it's slow.
I tried to install Android 4.2.2 but the computer does not recognize me the driver of the tablet, so I can not run the flash tool 137 that I have downloaded into your site. The software recognizes the device but can not find the driver. I tried to manually install the drivers from Device Manager, but can not install it.
Can anyone offer me his help?

Does your computer have windows 8? Try it with a computer with windows7.

Make sure your USB connection on your tablet is set for Mass Storage mode.

Make sure USB Debugging is turned off (In developer settings).

Be sure you have a good USB connection to a USB 2.0 port (not 3.0). Try a different USB cable (use the one that came with the tablet).

You will not be able to flash if you have Windows 8.1 because the drivers aren't compatible. You need to find an older PC running XP-Windows 7. My Windows 8.0 laptop does work, but it took days for me to get the drivers loaded properly.
