    Help with K-R42/T-R42 clones

Hi everyone, first thanks for all the help everyone has already provided within the forum and hard work with custom roms.

Just wondered if someone could shed some light on a problem. I bought 2 clones off **** not really knowing they were clones after reading up about K-R42/T-R42's, and wanted to flash them with custom rom.

The K-R42 clone, the one i'm more optimistic about getting working, has symptoms that i think will be easily fixed.

justXBMC - audio, 1080p, wifi (v. poor reception so have run cat5) all work
    ethernet doesnt work

wasser 1.2.4 - wifi, ethernet, 1080p all work
    sound doesnt

have tried all wasser kernels k-r42-old, new ut1........
extracted justXBMC an tried flashing various combos of kernels, system loaders, all just give massive fail.....

Anyone have any ideas cos its seem like a simple fix is here like take a driver from one image an get it into another an voila..... but havent come across an answer yet

    Cheers Iain

      Cheers bud,

Got the K-R42 clone working with wasser 1.2.3 and K-R24 1080p Old kernel. Didn't take any photos of PCB and now it is installed at my mums. Will post pictures when i next go round to help anyone else identify theirs.

Am now working on what I assume is a T-R42 clone. Only assume its got bluetooth as original firmware came with settings for it, but didnt test.
      Sorry for phone pics.

I am now just d/loading and flashing firmwares see if any work.

      Cheers Iain.

Ok so have got it working with factory firmware from here

SD videos play smooth through xbmc
HD was choppy, not so much to render it un-watchable, but a bit un-comfortable.

Will put it through its paces on stock for a while, and research a little more.

Will post back anything i find if anyone has the same board.

        Iain
