ID:	438847Good afternoon gents, first off. I'm new to the Pipo tablet world but I've spent many days reading through the posts you guys have generously provided. THANK YOU for sharing this information with the community and the hard work put into the roms you distribute. I'm not new to updating custom firmwares on android devices but this is the first Pipo. I've loaded the rockchip drivers in windows 7 (64 bit), turned off debugging, powered up and connected, mass USB storage mode is off. USB recognizes a connection but the flash tool still says "No found" I've also manually booted into (what I believe is flash mode but I cant tell because the screen is blank) this also is the only time that "Rockusb Device" shows up in "Class for rockusb devices" in device manager. Even when in this mode the flash tool does not see that the m6 pro is connected. I am using the factory cable as described by Mr. Riley. Any tips that might help? Thank you! (Also, my apologies if this was posted in the wrong location, I searched around before submitting for a location more suited)

Did you take all of the steps outlined in the First Time User's Guide? Sounds like the driver may not have installed properly.

Also make sure you are connected to a USB 2.0 port. 3.0 won't work.

That narrows it down to the drivers. Try using the included driver installer app and she what that does. Do uninstall and then install.

Not sure what the issue was-- loaded on a different pc and worked without a hitch. Smooth..thank you. Your ROM is running great!
