M6pro display is black, only backlight is on

My tablet doesn't work. It does boot up. I can see the display backlight goes on but nothing else happens. I have tried also the pinhole reset but it didn't help. When I put it on charger the backlight goes on as well.
The tablet is running, I can hear sound notifications on incomming messages, but the screen is still blank and only reaction us the backlight.
Do you have any idea what could be wrong?

Hi, I get the same on my M8Pro. If I plug hdmi, I see the screen on my TV. (touch screen, backlight working)

I got this after trying to repair the table after a problem with the power button.

But, don't have the solution yet.

Have you opened it ? Maybe a problem with the ribbon screen that goes to the screen.

Have you try the HDMI output ?
So really don't know what is the problem.
Have you try to reflash the ROM ?

I think you must send it back to repair and ask what is the problem

I don't have the hdmi cable. I have not try to flash it yet. I will try tomorrow.
I have sent the request to the shop where I bought it. I will see tomorrow probably.

OK. Now I have got a hdmi cable and I have connected the tablet to TV. So the tablet is working I can see the picture on the tv and the tablet screen does respond to touches. Only the tablet's screen stays blank just backlighted.
I have also upgraded the firmware with no result.

I did already. First they want me to flash new firmware, and then to use another charger. Now I have sent the information about hdmi connection and am awaiting response.

Tablet has been sent for warranty repair now.
