Sorry for the confusion. The Penta Ws708C ROM works well with the 800x480. This ROM works (and root) with the 1024x600 only if you DON'T flash the original Kernel.

These old 29xx tablets are difficult to find extras for.

unfortunately openvpn doesnt work for my tablet and show me error

You will have to find VPN modules for rk29xx kernels and insmod them with an init.d script. My 3188 modules don't work with your tablet.

How much NAND memory do you have? I made the paramter file 2gb because I thought you had at least 4gb of space. Maybe I need to make it a little smaller.

The fact that "it doesn't work" doesn't help me much.

I need to know if the tablet tries to boot. Which screens do you see. Does it hang at the very beginning, or is there a boot animation?

Have you read the First Time User's Guide? Do you get a connection with your PC/device? Do you see the tablet in "Loader Mode". Can you erase IDB? Are there errors while flashing? Does the flash process complete, but your tablet doesn't boot? If so, where does the tablet get stuck in the process. Do you see any of the boot screens? Does the tablet boot, but there is no root?

I need to narrow this down some more.

In the meantime, I have worked on some alternative files for you to try. Here is a link to the rooted stock system.img and the stock parameter file. Replace the files in the RileyROM folder with these and try flashing.

yesterday i download your rooted rom unfortunatelly when i flashing my tablet with your rom my tablet turned off
yes i conncet my pc i flashed my tablet several time
i didnt erase adb
when i flashing rom suddenly my tablet didnt turn ing on and turn off
and then i flashed my tablet with my old stock rom

OK, just try flashing the files I sent you above. I think that will fix the problem.

As I recall, dealing with these rk29xx ROM's is a little different when it comes to partition sizes.

Download the file in post 24.

Delete the system.img and parameter files in the RileyROM folder of the previous ROM kit.

Place the files from the post 24 download in the RileyROM folder.

Run the flash tool and place your tablet in flash mode.

Erase idb.

Flash the ROM.
