UG007B Rom with working wifi?

Hi guys,
I recently bought a UG007B (should have done some more reading before I bought a android stick )

I can't get wifi working with any of the custom roms I have tried so far, any advice on which one I should install?

On some of the roms I have tried, the screen turns black after about 3 seconds, then 1 second after that the screen is back to normal, 3 seconds more then black again and so on.

I read that someone had the neomode 1.9a working so I tried that, works fine but no wi-fi, I liked the interface of 2.0 but no wi-fi

1.5 no wi-fi. I confirmed the wi-fi working with the original rom before i flashed it.

Any helping advice for this poor android tv stick noob?

Hi have you tried opening it to see which wifi you have or try the 1.9 rom for old wifi.

Hi, thanks for the answer. I just checked and it is called AP6210, if I haven't misread anything that should be the new version right? That's strange, anyone have any ideas why it doesn't work? I hit enable wi-fi and it says enabling wi-fi or something like that but it never goes online so it never displays the available networks.

It's the right rom for the stick, 1.9a works for me but I'm sorry I can't help you I don't know enough about the sticks. Try posting in neomde 2.0 or 1.9a thread good luck.

I have a UG007B with AP6210 WIFI. I think that's a newer chip. I've found ROMS that work with this wifi but has the periodic screen blacking out problem ( like once every 5-10 seconds ).
