    All the KK roms that I used have this problem. IE CX-919 4.4.2 Finless 2.0 BETA or the oficial beta KK from Tronsmart, both with the d33's kernel for T428.

    I will check for this bug and I'll update the post.

      Yep.... I see that now. Never used it as I just use the volume control on my TV since it works better.

      I don't know that this is a kernel bug! Darrell says it's a RK1000 issue and maybe so but this also seems like a settings control code issue with the RK1000 drivers. I will see what I can find later. I just got a new Tronsmart ROM to test. It has already fixed some things that I fixed in my ROM
      But sound volume is still an issue.

          Can someone get in touch with Rockchip in connection with MT7601U wifi drivers for EKB311B TV Box?
          None of the RK3188 kernel sources have that wifi driver.
          You can download the linux source driver from Mediatek's website, but don't know how to compile it with a RK3188 kernel.
          Most RK3188 roms work on my device but no wifi and the stock kernel is terrible. Wifi disconnecting problems, screen flashing with 1080p 50/60hz option and boot problems.
