Differences between firmwares

I just got my new minix neo 7. I wish to use it for xbmc mainly and games and apps.

Now i see there are a lot of firmware versions is there a list that tells the differences (pros and cons) of each variation and what is the best for my needs. xbmc and power. but an xbmc without lip synch problems etc. the minix is connected through hdmi only

Honestly, everyone is different on what they like in a ROM thus you will get many varying opinions.

I think your best bet is to just try them and find what is best for you.

Is the best of X7, there is a lot of different firmwares to choose, so I suggest everyone try some of them and choose the one who fits to your needs better.
