problem j22 need root

i bought a tv stick j22 rk3188
but can i not make the root

i tried to install driver
i tried toru seveal prgram
but does dont work

i noticed that in the peripheral of windows
the adb appears and disappears
and the letter j and k devices

i add a few detatil
the cable usb which it be connected?
on otg port on usb port or dc port?

when i connect the stick on pc
i connect only usb cable or usb cmble and dc cable?

someone help me?

p.s.this morning dont open play store/Google play

I installed supersu from Playstore and I could access root.

Hi i have tried to intall supersu bat dont work i have installed root cheker and result no root permise. Can i solve it? Thanks

are the most stable custom rom?

i have flash original firmware
i have follow the guide
i have install driver
i have plug otg
i have load firmwae on the rk batch tool
i have switch on green led and upgrade firmware
when finisch, unplug tv stick
but the tv dont work
led blu is on but nothing image on tv

can i solve it?
