External SDHC Card and Damaged Problem

    External SDHC Card and Damaged Problem

    Hi.
    In the spec of my mk809III it says that it support an external SD Card with a maximum memory of 32gb.

    So I bought an SDHC card 32GB class 10... but when I put the card in it won't be recognized.. saying damaged or broken card! If I click on the messagge it will try to format the card but simply doesen't work!

    So I connected the sd card with an usb adapter to my mac, and I have formatted it with the official tool http://www.sdcard.org/downloads/formatter_4/
    It takes like 2 hours to complete (0.o) but after that I succesfully copied in a 1080p film (splitted in 3 parts for fat32)...
    So I connected the sd card to the mk809iii and in "settings - storage" there's is like a "calculating process"..
    so after some minute I opened MXPLAYER and succesfully played the 1080p film...

    But the next day, again "DAMAGED&BROKEN SD"! oh my god I don't want to format it every 2 second...

    So where is the problem? I have to apply a sort of patch? or I have to do something like this?

      try ntfs

      Hi.. I am using a transcend 32gb class 10 formatted with ntfs (mk802IV) and it is working perfect. I am using neomode hybrid rom 1.7. Try another rom and another file system. Fat32 is outdated as it only handles files below 4gb. Ext4 is not working for me though.
