    Advice for PIPO M6 Pro

    Hi Folks,

    Some thoughts/wishes for my M6pro.....

    BlUETOOTH

    - Would the internal Bluetooth be able to pair with an external bluetooth GPS device? (for example - http://www.****.com.au/itm/Globalsat...add5203&_uhb=1 - just an example)

    - Would the internal Bluetooth be able to pair with an external Bluetooth headset and be used to make phonecalls ( for example http://www.****.com.au/itm/121191324...84.m1423.l2649 ) - to add I have tried skype via wireless using built in speaker/microphone but it drops out all the time...anyone have any success with skype or something like it?

    - Would the internal Bluetooth be able to pair with external Bluetooth Headphones for listening to music/videos?

    POWER ADAPTER

    - anyone know where I can get an Australian type adapter....I have the one that came with it but this need to be plugged into one of those universal attachments before I can plug into wall socket (I dont like these...they are bulky and loose fitting)

    EXTERNAL HARD DRIVE

    - would this work with the tablet - http://www.****.com.au/itm/131040271...84.m1423.l2649 ?

    cheers

    - Bluetooth:
Yes, it could work with an external GPS (there is a dedicated thread about this).

It could also work with an external speaker, so I can assume it could work also with an headset..I'm not sure about the microphone... you can test it and share your experience with us!

    - Power adapter:
I have built by myself an italian adapter to charge the tablet and is working properly, I don't know about the australian one

    - External HDD:
It will connect with that but for SURE it cannot charge tablet battery: our M6pro cannot be charged over USB (5V) because our tablet battery is rated 7.4V and need a 9V battery charged. 5V is under the threshold!
if you appreciate my efforts this is the link for any donation:

        Hi Spinna

Something like this http://www.jaycar.com.au/productView.asp?ID=MP3496 will work ok. you need 9v with a minimum of 2.5amps

I have a multi voltage car one http://www.jaycar.com.au/productView...UBCATID=1002#3 which charges it up just fine and can charge my phone at the same time.

You just need to make sure the power supply has the very fine plug required for the m6.. I'm using it on an M6 Max.

            Hi all,
I recently installed RR 1.6 In my m6 pro (only wifi) and my new tablet works great!
Million thanks to Randy for all his great efforts.

I am currently dealing with a problem as i have a 3g USB stick from Huawei (k4203) and seams impossible to be connected by using the USB cable. After a lot of search I am confident that it is not compatible with my tablet... In fact, Pipo recommends other USB dongles like Huawei E122. The specific stick supported by the pre-installed drivers.
Randy, may i ask if it is possible to help me by rpoviding me information of how i will add a module in your rom in order to make my stick compatible?
I have to admit that i am not an expert at all like you, despite we are of the same age!

            Thank you in advance, George
P.S. I tried to upload the specs of k4203 w/o success... Any way, it is easy to be found in the internet.

If you can find the module for that particular dongle compiled for an rk kernel...send me a link to it. I'm mobile today...but I may be able to work up a set of instructions.

Hi everyone, I can't seem to find where to change resolution modes on my new m6, can someone point me where to look? I have official 4.2.2 ROM installed, thanks!
