CIFS.KO for CS968 [ SOLVED ]

Hi Everyone, Im just looking for the cifs module for the CS968, I want to mount a samba share on my Android TV.

Due to my kernel, CIFS is already compiled on the kernel (Thanks leolas) installed "Mount Manager" to boot and auto mount the CIFS share. Works like a charm!, no other app is needed.

Most of the ROMS from Tech1 support CIFS if I'm not mistaken.

Works great with CIFS! The only downside is that wifi and BT dont work because i have the mediatek chipset but LAN is better any way for streaming media from NAS and works perfect!

Almost all kernels I tried have cifs support included, so no need of module.

And how you mount on the startup the CIFS share?, a script?, an app?
I´ve try two apps from the store, CIFS Manager and Auto Mount, both works perfect even without the CIFS.KO thats the kernel (my rom is stock) that supports the CIFS, I think, then when I want to mount the share on the startup It can´t be done. CIFS Manager, don´t have an automount, the AutoMount wont mount the share, I thought that was a problem with the CIFS.KO module.

Any ideas?

Hi!, even the stock kernel? mines is a CS968 Jesurun, already rooted, and btw I think you are right, because I can mount it, but manually not on the startup, all this problem is because the rTorrent, can´t be maped to a cifs share or any torrent app.

I use Tasker (paid) together with mount manager to get the job done. Works great!
