M9pro speaker problem

Can anyone help me with my new Pipo m9pro. I just got it and I'm afraid that it has defective right speaker because sound only comes from the left one. I tested speakers with Stereo Test from Google Play. Also I ran test with headphones which played from both sides. What would you recommend me to do?

P.S. My android version is 4.2.2 stock

It is quite easy to open the M9 Pro i use a free credit card type loyalty card from asda your supposed to top them up as gift cards... I shave the corner so its not blunt. you will probably find the Speaker has not been soldered to the board properly.

PS if its stock then contact the seller and ask for some money back as its defective, then get the soldering iron out and fix it.
