MK808B running Finless 2.1 ROM - Does not recognise 32GB Class 10 SDHD card?

Guys, I'm new to these forums, so any advice which you can offer, please can you keep it simple, in terms of technical jargon.

in short, my MK808B does not recognise my Micro SD card.

Any suggestions as to how I can resolve this would be much appreciated.

Android version - 4.2.2
kernel version - 3.0.36+

Tell seller that you test with both tool (this tool are black beast of contrefeit seller ) and ask seller to be refund and i recommend to buy one localy from store like walmart, radioshack, bestbuy or watever your prefered store.

usb drive and sd card contrefeit are very epidemic on the net......
