New CX-919, need help to identify/which rom to flash.

Hi there!

my new CX-919 has arrived, it worked fine until i tried to install Finless 1.6b on it. Now i don't have any hdmi output signal. I can boot back to flash through the button method, but no ROM seems to be working. I tried:

Finless 1.6b
Neomode 1.3
Neomode 1.7
Neomode 1.7 with kernel 3
Stock rom from geeksbuying.com

As you can see it is a CX 919 Ver 2.0 with an AP6210 Wifi Chip. I also have opened the other side and removed the heatsink from the CPU, it is a RK3188 Chip. I found some posts where several people seem to be successful with flashing the roms mentioned above, but i have no luck.

The flash tool reports that everything is alright at clearing the NAND and flashing the new ROM. I'm using a 2A PSU and have tried 2 different usb cables on both my laptop and my desktop pc.

I hope somebody can help me.

Your device is the CX-919ii, not the CX-919, if it has the AP6210 wifi IC. Try shorting NAND pins 8 and 9 to put your device into Mask ROM mode. Then reflash. Someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think Finless 1.6 ROM works with the CX-919ii.

it's only have one antenna, it's not the cx-919II.

where you get it? take a photo for the case and package.

seems it is from another factory. it is not the cx-919 factory, you should contact the seller to get the original stock firmware.

yeah thats what i thought. i don't think the seller will help me, i sent him a msg anyway. currently seems i just wasted 70 euros

if somebody has the same device running stock rom, please dump it and provide a download link pls.

edit: i think the main issue is the nand flash chip, serial gt89f64g08b-tg. from "genius semiconductor". I found 1 other user which asked here about the needed bootloader:

If someone (finless?) needs a lab rat for testing bootloader/roms on it, i'm ready.

edit2: i just flashed the finless 2.0 kitkat 4.4.2 beta rom. after the flash the device is recognized as GT-i9300 (fake samsung i guess) and i can browse the filesystem, but i still get no hdmi signal.
