Compatible Windows ADB drivers

Didn't see anyone post this, and not sure how much mileage you'll get, but I noticed these drivers work to correctly identify 'Android phone' with my 701c

How to install them.They are just text files???

When I open them in Firefox, they download as a .zip file.

Not sure your link works, but the link I provided is generic drivers for both 32 and 64 bit O.S. These links don't require the Android SDK as far as I know either...

I was just including a package that finless had mentioned (made?) in a different thread that lets people get adb without installing the whole Android SDK. I figured if people were looking for ADB drivers, but didnt have the SDK installed it would make it easier to find if it were in this thread.
