Cant get audio passthrough in minix x5mini

    Cant get audio passthrough in minix x5mini

    I was playing around with a mini today with beyond XBMC installed. I enabled optical 5.1 in XBMC and it says at the bottom android track PT on audio output and passthrough.
    I have tried in the sound settings in the minix both spidf passthrough and rockchip spdif and even hdmi passthrough but i get nothing but a static sound when playing DTS and DD5.1.

    What am i doing wrong?

      What supports it? The box? Its the same processor and insides as the X5. I can get it to work on the X7 but the mini will show dts on my receiver for a couple seconds then it goes to the static sound.
      SO i dont know if its in the box as in something is wrong with my box.
