PIPO-STORE.COM BEWARE OF SCAM!!!! They do not deliver.

I would like to make you aware of fraudsters called pipo-store.com. I ordered a pipo tablet for 161.50 USD and this is my experience:
- 16 January order placed
- invoice stated that you can contact them by phone / you cannot no phone contact exists, you can only use their webform
- they claim that you will get a tracking number / you won´t, they will send you a useless random number without any tracking system.
- they claim that your order will be shipped withing 2or3 days / status of the order never changed from Processing to Shipped, when I asked them using the form I received a generic e-mail response that the product was shipped and that I will receive the product soon.
- sent several questions asking them for the status of my order // received always the same canned response that my order was shipped regardless of what I asked
- two weeks after I threatened to report them to Bank of America /my credit card issuer/ and asked for refund // again received the same e-mail that my order was shipped
- more than 3 weeks later I opened a dispute with Paypal /I used external checkout Paypal payment option/, Paypal put 161.50 USD on hold and this is the first time pipo-store.com fraudsters begin to act, they changed the status of my order to completed and issued a refund - but they subtracted 5 dollars from that amount I paid. The refund was obviously a virtual refund, I have not received the money, I am waiting now Paypal refunds my credit card with a full amount 161.50, I will definitely not forget those 5 dollars those bastards subtracted. I hope Paypal eventually close pipo-store.com account. You see all the time they were lying that my order was shippped.

By the way these pipo-store.com bastards are not based in US as they would like us to see by using proxy godaddy.com, which changes WhoIs information. I contacted godaddy.com and these guys replied to me that pipo-store.com scam domain is not hosted by them, they only provide the cover, they suggested to report these pipo-store.com scam bastards to better business bureau in Arizona where they pretend to be based, which I m going to do. Hopefully godaddy will then stop covering them. Obviously these pipo-store.com fraud bastards are based in China or Singapor.

For admins - I can provide you all my e-mail communication with pipo-store.com scam bastards as well as with Paypal and GoDaddy.com to prove that what I´m telling is true.

I could understand posting here if the vendor was one of the advertisers, but come on, you are basically buying it from a guy in the alley when you go to a vendor like that without checking their credentials.

I was considering buying a cube tablet from another website they operate but didn't trust it because I looked up their whois information and it didn't sit right with me. If you're concerned about the $5, you'll be more concerned about the $160 and want to make sure you know where it is going.

Should I keep it for myself? It might not help you but that does not mean that there are no people who may find this useful.

Even pipo-store wasn´t scam (which I doubt considering the bad reputation the [email protected] has, just try to google it0), lying that a product was shipped when in fact it wasnt is a terrible customer service, dont you think? Why they tried to issue a refund only after Paypal forced them?

I also ordered before Christmas an M6 pro wifi only and received it in perfect condition mid of January. Perhaps you should wait for a little bit more.

Sorry about your bad experience with pipo-store, however, I'm to understand from Pipo, that Pipo-Mall is the factory authorised seller of Pipo products. I've ordered some tablets from them, and had great service, and quick delivery during the Christmas Holiday period. They kept me fully updated, and were extremely friendly. My two cents.

I have ordered my M6ProWifi32G last november, and it has arrived in about 25 days, as there is no DHL shipping possible to Slovakia for some reason (other shops have no problems with it). Communication was always good.
Now I have sent it back due broken display for warranty repair. There is big time-black hole from January the 26th till February the 7th, because of the Chineese New year festival. So no call answers, only automatic email responses, no order processing, as well as overloaded post offices.
I have ordered another one M6pro today (again via Registered Air Mail) and I am awaiting it will arrive in about 20-30 days.
Just one last note:
Someone may be suspicious due the low prices at pipo-store, but you should notice, the prices are without shipping!! Almost all other shopping sites are providing FREE SHIPPING (via Airmail), and if you choose for instance DHL as shipping service, they just add the shipping costs to the "FREE SHIPPING" price. But the FREE SHIPPING is not free at all, it is just already included in the item price, what is not the case in pipo-store. So if you compare the "FREE SHIPPING" price from some other shop with the price from pipo-store plus Registered Air Mail costs, you will get almost the same price. BUT!! For a lot of countires in EU (and rest of the known world) you have the possibility to use DHL, but WITHOUT the already included airmail costs from FREESHIPPING price. The price difference is then much less. No mentioning, when you are ordering more items at once... In the case of "FREESHIPPING" shop you are paying the shipping costs for each one item, plus once for the whole package... Compare it to pipo-store with no freeshipping policy ;-)
