I don't really know, but I think you can flash the device after a nand erase:
    1. Install the
    - Class for rockusb device
    --- Rockusb Device
(I think you can find it at the finless-package or you can find it at Tronsmart)
    2. connect the device via the OTG-USB-port with your computer and power the device up while pressing the recovery button under the device

If this work, it should be possible to flash with the RKAndroidTool

(The second way to flash using Windows is the RKAndroidTool witch...)

And I think with the RKBatchTool too....

But you have to flash it new with a rom...

You would normally erase NAND before flashing a ROM. Did the erasing complete without failure? Is your device still recognized (found) by the flashing tool? If both answers are yes, then reflash the ROM.

On my K-R42 if i mess up installing picuntu in 1.37 tool ,i just reflash lewy hfw 1.2.1 1080p firmware version to it,i do this using rkbatchtool 1.7 tool, if you can use rkbatchtool1.7.
Just click and select the firmware and just click restore nothing else. Then reflash using the instructions for your chosen firmware but as exglynco says erase nand prior to adding the firmware.Don't know if that helps you at all mate?
