Are you just making a battery indicator? Or have you done some more changes?
I've always used the Xposed Framework version...it sends you a module apk that runs great in Xposed.
Those battery mods don't work on KitKat, though.Randy

The problem is that they don't offer the bigger screen resolutions for tablets and TV sticks...just phones. It's a great site, but they need to update things a lot.
If you click over to the File Upload tab, you'll see the option to create an Xposed Module.
If you aren't familiar with Xposed Framework, here's the link: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1574401
They have a bunch of other modules in their repository that may suit your needs, without having to modify the framework-res.apk or SystemUI.apk files.Randy
