Think I've been conned

Hi all. I ordered the Allfine fine9 glory 4g lte version from chinabuye, and have just recieved it.
Upon opening it the tablet had a 3G sticker over it rather than the 4G Lte sticker, which immediately made me suspicious.
I inserted my 4g data card, setup the APN settings and there was no data signal at all.
I feel I might have been sent a 3G version instead.
Is there any test I can do to check if it is 4G capable, other than inserting a data card.
is there an app or online test I can do that'll test the tablet capabilities?

Even though there have been no responses, thought I'd update you all.
The seller admitted to a mistake with their listing and it is indeed only 3g instead of 4g.
I'm returning the tablet for a full refund.

Actually I made a paypal dispute against chinabuye and paypal refuned me money.

That changes my outlook on it then. If any seller admits the mistake. Then forces you to file a dispute. Just to get what you paid for.....thats my point about trust. Adding insult to injury and saying we refunded wirhout mentioning the paypal dispute issue is even more deceitful. You should not have had to go through that. Period.

Sorry my bad,I have had forwarded this issue to our customer service team and got a response as"we have refunded the money back" but don't know how to refund.Sorry for the imprecise reply.

Seems like an honest mistake. I think they have a hard time understanding us. I buy a product from china aliexpress not these guys but anyway I specified 7 purple 3 black and I got 4 pink, no black only 1 blue. No rhyme or reason why except that they couldn't understand numbers or color names. Now we would assume they use a translator and maybe that's where the problem comes from. I laugh about it now. I just don't depend on anything to be perfect from them. Its all good. I buy several products on a regular basis and I've never been ripped off or badly deceived or anything like that. LOL

many sellers in aliexpress are small companies,they don't have good ERP system to handle all the orders,they don't have enough money to hire profesional worker,so i suggest you to choose big B2C company.

My problem was with the lack of urgency. No one.was.there to receive the package, so it was.returned to the postal depot. After a week and a half of trying to get them to collect the package, I had enough and called paypal.
I was scared that the package would be returned to me, as is normal practice after about 2 weeks.
it was just a fight from start to finish and they ended up being quite rude about the whole situation as well.
and this was entirely their fault! I also feel they should have refunded me my return postage costs as it was their fault they sent me the wrong item, so I should not have to bear any costs at all.
I should actually thank them as I got a Samsung galaxy note 10.1 2014 edition instead.

And I've forward this to my colleagues and ask them to refund your postage fee,or shall I refund it to points directly?
