Help with T-R42 CS918

Hi, Today when I went to turn on my CS918 Android TV Box the image is not displaying properly. It flickers when booting, and then it shows a small white box in the bottom right corner of the screen which also flickers making the device unusable. I'm not sure what happened. I have tried two different TV's, multiple HDMI cables and also the AV(red white yellow) cables. All have the same result. Please see the video linked below so you can see how the item is.

Any help is appreciated. If nothing can help, I will organize to send the item back to the seller.

Thats not looking good..

Things you could try..
1. Remove Power cord.. then see if it boots
2.http://code.google.com/p/androidscreencast/
Then try changing resolution(s) or factory reset

3. Reflash a firmware on your unit (make sure your firmware matches your pcb/motherboard)
4. Contact reseller.. ask for a possible solution.. or send back details (adress)

Are things that come to mind.. anyway.. goodluck

Thank you for the suggestions - I did reflash firmware and everything seems normal again. Thank god it wasnt a hardware fault. I hope it doesnt happen again.

I ordered mine and receieved it yesterday however i am facing this issue. it worked for few hours then i turned it off and then this morning when i turn it on it give me an error of launcher stopped working press ok press ok continously i rebooted it and then i got this screen now

anyone knows how to solve this issue. it would be really appreciated.
