Pipo m9 Max no bootloader? Black screen on download mode

Hi, I got a pipo m9 max from my friend, it came with a ciclone voyager 2 android 4.2.
Triyed to update to Riley rom, but got BLACK SCREEN ON DOWNLOAD MODE, and my windows do not reconize it in download mode.
Im able to go to revocery, but when try to flash from there got INSTALATION ABORTED.

Triyed the TPW from arc aplication, and same result.
DO I miss my bootloader? How do I upgrade onte? Got acess to terminal emulator BUT CANNOT ACESS ADB FROM PC.
got no device on ADB DEVICE
    Any help? Thanks!

Everything you need should be in the ROM kit.

What version of Windows are you running? Windows 8.1 cannot install the needed drivers.

Hi Riiley, thanks for your support ( for sure will donate later as I do from the developers on my galaxy s4), I use windows 7, when I connect, go to batch tool, got the pink square, but when try to switch, it reboots ( i think to go to bootloader) the screen got black, got no green square and the windows did not reconize the usb, triyed to switch usb, reboot pc , no luck, funny as i can go to recoverymode, turn system on

It sounds like a bad USB connection.

Did your friend provide you with the original USB cable that came with the tablet? Pipo tablets come with a cable that has a longer micro USB connector...in order to reach all the way in the tablet housing.

Triyed with 4 cables, all reconie my galaxy s4, and transfer files when the pipo is on.

My question is: is there a way to flash via android terminal emulator ?
