It only seems to do it on spots of pictures that are light colors.
Tried a factory rstore but didn't help.
Hard to explain what the pic looks like but its like if you would change to 256 colors on windows or whatever that was called.

Yes, I have this too. It is especially noticeable on the Gmail app, lower center.
