Can´t flash any ROM / Which device do i REALLY have?

Hi,

months ago i bought via **** a "Rikomagic mk802IIIs".
Last week i decided to flash a new rom, listed here at freaktab.

I tried 10 different roms (finless, neo, mx1) , none of them work 100%. Some of don´t boot ( 2 penguins ), and many of them freeze and reboot.

It´s a device with a mediatek chipset, i attached some pictures. (I have seen many PCB with various colours and chips on it, but i haven´t seen a pcb with MIRA and Mediatek chipset together)

2 major questions:

1, which device do i have?
2, which rom i have to flash?

got it.

i tried nearly every 802 rom (Finless 2.1 etc, Neo) none of them worked.

Then i flashed Finless 1.7a and 1.7b, and the rooted imito rom from vondroid.com. All worked very good.
WIFI is great, XBMC works with 1080p.
