The Finless ROMs have a readme.txt in the download that is a detailed set of instructions

I watched the video but it only covers standard Rom, also the guide from Finless is quite specific to his rom, I'm wanting to use KitKat rom from wasser, any guides to help me with this?

Also what tool should I use to flash the rom? where can I get it?
