MK809III Only root to install Droidmote

Hi!

I just bought this

and using it remotely with RII keyboard. I don't like the remote functionality (I need touch, for games, and for doing things faster).
I checked what seems a good program: DroidMote (if you can recommend other programs please do)

WHat I want is install DroidMote Server on the device. From DroidMote instruction I need to:
-Root
-Busybox
- Uinputmodule in the kernel

I like the ROM is fine with me. Don't really need a different Rom as long as I can use DroidMote or other program to enable using touch remotely.

Which are my options?

ROM 1.9a Neomode is good? My TV is a 55 plasma, would like to keep the 1080p, no?

Im running droidmote server on an MK802iv ( no "t" chip), neomode 1.9a @ 1080p. Functionality is quick but every week or so I have to reinstall DMS in order to reconnect. Seems to affect all clients regardless of host device. (Nexus7, Moto Razr hd, Samsung S4)
