1. I see the filename is same, What about the file size (the file in your link is 316MByte & the file in my link is 338MByte)?
2. Have you tried those files?
3. Do you have this TV BOX?

I don't have the device; just saw your request and decided to assist. The file is smaller because I compressed the archive, that's all.


Here's the tool if you haven't yet downloaded it from somewhere else. This is the newer 2.1 version; the one you linked is in Chinese (although it can be switched) but 2.1 has more functions.

My kd812 was bricked on bootloop and i was so happy to find this topic to fix the problem.

To reboot in download mode :
There is two little holes on the left side, choose the one near dc input because the other one is for led indicator. Using a paper clip click on
the little button and keep your finger on, then connect usb otg port to your computer and wait a few seconds. If it works your device is recognised in your Rkflashtool .

Now , I'm looking for a new custom firmware which have a dts and ac3 passthrough hdmi option . I know that Ugoos ut2 ' firmware has such option, maybe minix x7 , but i don't know if their rom are compatible with mine
