    Pipo-Store experience

    Just wanted to share my 'good news'

    After SEVENTEEN emails I finally got the customer people at Pipo-Store to collect my returned, faulty M8HD tablet from their local post office where it has sat for THIRTY-TWO days.

    I had the tablet for only a month before the battery charge regulator went faulty and eventually failed leaving me without a means to charge.

    I had a 10 day serial debate with Pipo-Store before they accepted that the tablet was faulty and gave me a return authority.

    Issue raised: December 26th
    Tablet posted: January 6th
    Tablet delivered to Pipo-Store: 22nd January (parcel refused)
    Tablet waiting for collection at Shenzhen Post Office: 23rd January

    Chinese Holiday 25th Jan - 7th February

    7th Feb - 24th February: Daily emails begging, pleading, demanding, sobbing, requesting that the tablet be collected and repaired.

    24th February: Email saying they have it and are looking to repair in the factory.

    That is really poor customer service!
    Generally, I just use Geekbuying for getting stuff from China.
    I have had issues with other sites and I have heard a number of people having issues wiwth Pipo-Store now, which is disheartening (that's where my M9ro was from, thankfully I've been one of the lucky ones it seems!), some people didn't even recieve thier tablets!
    I hope you get a working tablet sent to you soon and some kind of extra compensation!
