LOW SPEED TRANSFERING

Greetings

I am facing low speed transfer bitrates (~300-400 bytes/sec) when i copy - paste files from my pc (through lan) to my external sd card.

Same thing but a little better when transferring files to my sdcard. I am using es file explorer.

My stuff: MK808B with finless 1.7, blue cheap chinese usb2ethernet adapter, sdhc 4 class. Any ideas what is wrong?
