    You have 2 options

    (1) Open the case and see what board you have - Flash the supported ROM
    (2) Trial and error - Flash all the available ROMS and see which one works best

To flash your box, you first need change your USB connection type from MTP to Mass Storage and then use the RKFlash tool (version 1.7 works great). Most ROMS come with recovery drivers and a single image file which you select with the flash tool. Press and hold the reset button under your player for 3-5 seconds and wait for the drivers to install. If Windows cannot find the drivers, update manually by navigating to the downloaded ROMS driver directory and update from there.

Once your Android player is detected correctly (Green icon), press the restore button and wait for it to finish flashing and testing

    First boot takes the longest

Slowly pry open the case starting at the external storage slot. It should start to unclip as you move along
