Added official 009 in the list because it's displayed as the only "MINIX NEO X7 Official Firmware Releases" in the new sections on the Minix forum.I kept 008 on top because from my experience and what I've been reading 008 is more stable than 009.

I moved pre010a to the OUTDATED tab and replaced the BETA pre010b in the BETA tab.
final version will be available via OTA.
