    I ended up choosing the Quickshot v2 ROM for myself ... but...

    leolas, one of the Quickshot team, encouraged me to try all of them first before deciding and choose the one that best fit my own needs. He said they are all good made by good developers but each fit different needs.

      All depends on what you want;

      Quickshot: very activly maintained, stable and lots of extra features and rooted.
      Guru (mine): Designed for video playback, stable basic rom not rooted. ( like stock roms )
      Finless: not tried it myself but i think a verry good rom too and rooted

        I have 2 units and both running different Roms.

        First is JUSTXBMC
        Second is Finless 1.8

        And they are both awesome. I really get any random restart.

        I tired to stock Rom but it doesn't perform as well.

          Tried them all.. Quickshot works for me..

          Until 4.4.2 0.93 is released then I'm moving over!
          Without memories we have nothing.

            i use the HardwareGuru 04 rom version.
            -For me it does the video streaming from xbmc/netflix/hulu 10+ hrs a week with no issues nearly no reboots.
            -Beyond that i use it for video gaming as well, even though some say this rom isn't designed for gaming because no over clocking.
            k to that end i have tried the quickshot rom for a short time before, during my little trial run of it i played xbmc for several hrs, the system was pretty hot to the touch.
            With HardwareGuru rom i've played games like Order & Chaos for 5 n 6 hrs at a time barely above room temp, even cooler after playing xbmc for about the same amount time.
            I don't know for sure which rom has the less issues doing stuff, but for me HardwareGuru rom handles everything.
