No it does not. Stay tuned and I will work on a ROM based on this new kernel. FYI this new kernel is 4.2.2 not 4.4.2. Do not try it on Kitkat.

the kitkat doesn't work for me getting errors that some proccess needed to be close
and it just repeating again and again.

I think your user data space got corrupted and you need to do a factory reset and see if that solves it.
