Nowhere in the Pipo support documentation notes upgrading through recovery, so I can't give you the procedure.

When I connect it for the first time, should I first run the Driverinstall.exe or just connect it?

Not even other Computers recognize it.. I assume that it's broken then.

Sounds like you have a faulty USB connection somewhere.

I'm afraid that's all the stock recovery will do.

In the settings/storage screen touch the menu button and hit USB connection. Make sure it is set as mass storage.

In settings, go to backup and reset. You reset to factory settings from there.

I had similer problem yesterday flashing pipo m9 pro
You may well have tried this but when you have it all connected up, open the loader software and firmly press the mini usb end into tablet again and see if windows then finds it
