OK, download wasser firmware, unzip, you will see bunch of folders and files. All the image files needed for the tool to flash located in the "rockdev" folder. If you don't have the driver installed, you need to unplug the device, press and hold the reset button on the bottom of the unit while plug in the power and don't let go the button until your pc see the device, when your pc ask for the driver, browse to the "drivers" folder and select the driver for your PC (either x86 for 32 bit like winds xp or x64 bit for wins 7). Once the driver installed correctly, open up the RKdeveloptool. You are going to see item from 1 to 8. put the check mark to ALL except 8(which is for backup only). For each item, at the last column with 3 dots, click on it and it give you the option to browse to the image. Remember all the images are in the "rockdev" folder so just pick the correct image name that corresponded to the item name. Example:
For Item 1 - Loader --browse to file named "RK3188Loader(L)V1.2.bin"
For Item 2 - parameter -- browse to file name "parameter"
For Item 3 - misc -- browse to file name "misc.img"
Ok you got the picture. once you finished item 7, click on Run and it should flash the firmware.
    That's it.

The top section is instruction for RKbatch tool, so Scroll down to "Using RKAndroidTool to falsh image by selection" section.
