Press the reset button with a paper clip to make sure the tablet is off.

I don't know which combination of external keys it is...but you should be able to get into flash mode by holding one of the vol buttons or esc/back button (if there is one) while pressing power.

Try flashing the ROM again erasing IDB this time.

        Rrileypm, hello again.
There is a newer version for the Vido M10 ZZ model.
Can you optimize it for us?
Could I only replace the system.img in your package and have a working tweaked firmware?

I will download it and take a look at it tomorrow when I'm off work.

Typically, firmware changes are in the kernel...not the system.img...unless they update some bloatware that I remove anyway.

I just picked up a Vido m10 zz model. It has the last arctablet kitkat rom from October of last year. It's a lot more solid than the Kasty kitkat rom they created for the u30gt2 Cube I also own. Any new roms? Any Idea of going Lollipop?

I haven't heard much from/about Yuandao for a long time. You don't see many of their products for sale at our sponsor's sites...so I'm not really familiar with what their plans are to update their firmware.

What I'm seeing from most of the brands is that firmware support stops when the next model comes out, if not sooner. Yuandao doesn't do a lot of updating....maybe one or two versions before they quit production.

Maybe someone will port Lollipop to this tablet....but since I don't own one, it won't be me. We have only begun to look at Lollipop firmware, but it appears (as with KitKat) there is enough of a difference to make porting to multiple devices very difficult. The main thing is that Lollipop needs a new kernel to be compiled just for Lollipop....KitKat kernels won't boot with a Lollipop firmware. Since we don't have source code for the Yuandao tablets, building one from scratch will take a person who actually owns an M10 a huge amount of time troubleshooting and testing to obtain a working kernel.
