After many adventures I can present You my own kernels for Android KitKat with real ASIX AX88179_178a wonderful USB GB LAN adapters!

In this repository You can find for this moment only SD kernels for RK3188 tv sticks with RTL8188eu/6210/6330 wifi but... If You have asix You will not use wifi anymore

For developers I add driver with Makefile and Kconfig entries setup guide! Regards and have fun!

Hi thank you for this i will try it when i will flash kit kat on my MK908II. But i want to ask if it easy for you to include this feature in 4.2.2 kernel so i can test it with Finless 1.5a.

At this moment answer is no, something in usb_otg driver is messed up in JB.

All my kernels support that ASIX chipset and, because Yerzu has used my .config, so do his.

Yes of course. Are included, but If You not need 88179 or 88178a driver You should use one of d33 kernels because are very universal f.e. has 1080p resolution and box support - mine probably works only on sticks.

Probably You use some page translator (google translator) and is hard to understand You... and funny because that what You quote is in Russian and in this case You quoting my words which I wrote in english and I was thinking that I'm the worst english writer.. till now

I try to answer (but I don't sure that I understand Your words):
Drivers are build in kernel (sometimes can be added as modules) and if You use kernel with driver support that device should work (but is possible that driver is messed up like stock from ASIX for 88179). Please run terminal emulator on Your stick/box android and do:
1. write "su" enter
2. write "dmesg > /sdcard/dmesg.txt" enter
3. attach here file from /sdcard/dmesg.txt on Your stick/box android

No usb Device detected. OTG port initialises and usb mouse detected. That's it.

My tv box has AX88760 device on board which uses same driver. Four port hub detected and ASIX chip detected and Ethernet support provided.
