Play iso brulay file

Hello everyone on Freaktab,

I'm a new member, i need your support.
I have many flim Iso brulay, so i cant play them on android box. I have tested with Cs918 and CS968 may way but it is not ok.
up to now i only play iso brulay on MINIX devices by XBMC MINIX beta release but i can't install the XBMC version on CS918 or CS968.
So, anyone help me to guide how to play ISO Brulay on CS918 and CS968?

Ok... I think you've mispelled something here, which would explain the lack of responses since they may not know what you are asking about...

You typed "brulay" and I think you mean "BluRay" instead.... so I'm basing the following info ( not an answer ) on that.

First about ISO files... they are not a video format, they are an image file of an optical disk like a CD, DVD or Bluray disk. Any files that you want to access are contained within that ISO image file. To access any of them would require that you could mount the ISO file first. I don't believe this is built into most Android ROM's and would require a custom kernel be made with that option compiled into it.

This would be very inefficient since the ISO image file would be larger than the contents by themselves... so it isn't usually done or recommended. It would be recommended to access the contents directly by copying them over to your Android device or a drive you may have attached to it.

Then... if the contents of the Bluray ISO image are using a standard video format... you would be able to play them directly without the additional need to mount the ISO itself.

I have test bluray iso file with some android boxs but it could be play well on ATV1200 of Mygica by app Movie player pre installed and on MINIX Android box by XMBC MINIX beta
Besides i have test CS918, CR11s, MX box but they can't play iso bluray flim.

What a pity, i have many film with Bluray iso format.
Any one help me?

The only box I know be able to play bluray with menu is vidon.me 239$. You can order dvdfab all in one with bonus one of those unit for 299$ (dvdfab.cn now). But I don't think it play iso. There is a vidon.me xbmc downladable but it didn't work on my T428.

I recommend you re-encode your ISOs to h264 mkv using something like handbreak.

Do you mean that you can play ISO Video files using Beyond-XBMC ?

The ISO files need to be mounted or you can play it directly ?

Could also successfully use latest Version of XBMC or SPMC v12.4.0(SPMCLibMedia) ?

I don't know if it works, but I found at the GooglePlay-Store a NEW APP Called "KMPlay" that apparently plays ISO Files...

Anyone here had try this New KMPlay APP?

if your device is cs918,you may be flash it use wasser's rom.

You can play them with Beyond XBMC

I am using CS968 with Beyond XBMC 3.4, it can play BD-ISO smooth but can not passthrough the audio by HDMI (only by analog or SPDIF)

And I try the JustXBMC, passthrough by HDMI is fine but can not play ISO.

Any version for Beyond XBMC can passthrough by HDMI? or which edition of XBMC and play BD-ISO with passthrough the audio (like DTS-HD and Dolby True HD)?
