Did not work.saids permissions given...but still unrooted..Instead installed tronsmart T428 Kitkat Finless Rom 2.0 with MK908 kitkat kernel...works nicely with wi-fi and bluetooth

You can try it with the Tronsmart T428 Kit Kat Finless Rom 2.0...just use their system.img only...

Thanks! all works fine but i just has about 1MBPS for wifi download speed. it is about 4MBPS with Finless 1.7a ROM

And it is also a big problem , when i turn off my tv and turn it back on , the screen is looks like this:
