My M6PRO does not switch on anymore - black screen

    Hello,
I tried to update my M6PRO using RileyROM 1.6.1 to RileyROM 1.8 (KitKat). It did not work out.
So I decided to go back to 1.6.1. (I did not forget to tick the bootloader flash).
The first reboot was OK (reformating /data etc).
The second reboot wich was suppose to boot Riley ROM 1.6.1 shows nothing. My screen remains black.

I am now stuck. Please help!

Could it be a hardware issue (battery)? Is there a button combination that could help me restore my tablet?

    Thanks in advance,

    Hi Jipux,

Connect your Tablet to windows PC in turned off state and run the Rom Flash tool on windows. Now while pressing "volume +" key, press the power button until the Rom tool recognise the tablet. Once it picks the tablet, reflash it.

OK, thanks for your help. I'll try ASAP. 2 questions:
      1. How can I make sure the tablet is turned off (as I have no indication on the screen).
      2. I guess I need to reflash it with the standard Pipo ROM

      Thanks

        Jipux,

        1. To ensure that tablet is off, just press reset button once using a pin.
        2. You can reflash with standard rom or any other custom roms like Riley's 1.8.

          Does not work.
My tablet is still black. I am thinking of a power connector issue because it seems that the battery is not charging.
Is it a know problem? I guess I now need to open the tablet to check that...

            connect the tablet to USB
press and keep pressed power button for more than 10s. If the flash tool goes in masked mode you can flash the rom back.
I think you have the loader corrupted. It dosn't seem to me a battery problem... but I'm not totally sure...
