Upgrading Firmare in PiPO M7 Pro

I just got the PiPO M7 Pro and it seems to be buggy. I've read that updating the firmware will fix this. I have never tried to do this and wonder if someone could walk me through it?

It's really not that hard to do. I just returned an M7 Pro after only one week because of all the bugs. I tried about 3 different (stock and custom) firmware updates and they didn't help.

If you download a RileyROM, all the instructions are included.

If you download a stock one it will be in Chinese.

It is not only the firmware that is bugous, the hardware also is.
Do not expect any software upgrade to make these chinese tablets 100% stable & behave like a galaxy or a nexus.
You will only get what you paid for.
